Our SCOTT Aluminum 2216 PSI Cylinders are completely reconditioned / powder coated & sold with current US DOT Hydrostatic test.  All of our cylinders are Hydrostatically tested a few days prior to shipping to our customers.  All valves are overhauled and rebuilt to the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations.   All of our cylinders receive new decals & warranty!
