Back to the Future FLUX CAPACITOR USB Car Charger flashing lights, working ports and on/off switch for the lights.  The lights strobe in sequence and are bright.  I tested both USB ports and both charged my light.  Comes with original plastic package without insert.  Some plastic missing from one side of swivel mount (see picture) underneath.  You can still swivel the charger
