Historically important & impeccable provenance
purchased directly from the estate of a national labor leader
Condition: The felt is very clean but has moth damage, is frayed at spots, as illustrated.
Silkscreen ink is firmly attached. Unevenly cut, as found. Looks like a masking tape(?) affixed to the end
.
I could not find any photos of the armband in
during the strike but I can't imagine this could be anything but what the words say it is.
